Liability Waiver & Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned client ("Client") and Paws Abound Pet Care, including its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives ("Paws Abound"), for the provision of dog walking, pet sitting, overnight pet care, and training services.

1. Client Authorization & Pet Care Services
By signing this agreement, Client authorizes Paws Abound to enter their residence and provide requested care for their pet(s) including, but not limited to, feeding, walking, administering medications, and basic home care during visits or overnight stays.

2. Pet Health & Behavior Requirements
Client affirms that all dogs under their care:
• Are up to date on rabies vaccinations (proof required).
• Have a current veterinarian on file.
• Are free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.
• Do not exhibit aggressive behavior toward people or other animals, unless disclosed in writing.

3. Access & Safety Requirements
For the safety and success of services, Client agrees to provide:
• Two (2) working house keys, or one (1) key and a working door/garage code.
• All updated alarm codes, Wi-Fi passwords, and entry instructions.
• An emergency contact who resides in the same state and has home access.
Failure to provide adequate access or functioning codes/keys may result in emergency locksmith services at Client's expense.

4. Medical Emergencies
If a pet becomes ill or injured, Paws Abound will make every effort to contact the Client before seeking care. If unreachable, Client authorizes Paws Abound to seek veterinary treatment from the pet’s listed veterinarian or a nearby available clinic.
Client agrees to be responsible for all resulting costs.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Client understands that while every reasonable precaution is taken, accidents and unforeseen events can occur. Client agrees to hold Paws Abound Pet Care, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any liability, claims, losses, or damages to property, persons, or pets arising from the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Injuries to pets caused by other animals or environmental factors.
• Loss or escape of pets due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Injuries sustained during walks, training, or in-home visits.

6. Media Release
Client grants Paws Abound permission to photograph or film their pet(s) during services for promotional purposes. All media remains the property of Paws Abound.

7. Policies & Payments
• Client agrees to abide by current policies and procedures.
• Payment is due at the start of services. Late payments or returned checks may incur fees.
• Client agrees to notify Paws Abound of any changes to contact info, emergency contacts, pet health, or home access information.
• A credit card is required to be on file for every client and client authorizes Paws Abound to charge the card at the end of the services provided.

8. Insurance & Bonding
Paws Abound Pet Care is licensed, insured, and our sitters are bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

9. Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and that all provided information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
